The Town of Bluffton and the Town of Hilton Head issued a Proclamation for Smoke-Free and Vape-Free Awareness Month during November. The proclamation was accepted by members of LCAHY’s Youth Coalition, Teens for Healthy Youth, at the Bluffton Town Council Meeting and the Town of Hilton Head Council meeting on behalf of LCAHY.
