THY Participates in the 2024 Bluffton Christmas Day Parade & Distributes 3D Holiday Campaign Message

Teens for Healthy Youth members marched in the Town of Bluffton’s 2025 Christmas Day Parade. THY distributed their 3D Holiday Message with holiday candy to the parade-goers.  The 3D Holiday message encourages everyone to drive safely during the holiday season by not driving drunk, drugged, or distracted. They are aware that the holidays can be a time of increased car accidents and hopes to prevent tragic holiday car accidents in their community. THY has participated in the Town of Bluffton’s Christmas Day Parade since 2019, when they were chosen by the Mayor of Bluffton to be the grand co-marshals of the Christmas Day Parade. THY plan to participate in the parade annually. Participating in the Bluffton Christmas Parade and distributing the 3D Holiday Campaign message is part of LCAHY’s 12-month action plan under Strategy 1: Providing Information.

Teens for Healthy Youth members marched in the Bluffton Christmas Day parade and promoted awareness of the youth coalition of Lowcountry Alliance for Health Youth.

THY Holiday Message was created by a former THY member.

THY members cut out 1,300 Holiday campaign messages and attached them to candy to prepare for the parade.
