Teens for Healthy Youth at Hilton Head Island Christian Academy held “2Blessed2BeStressed,” a stress-free zone where students could settle their minds before or wind down after a day of exams. Set up in an open space, 2Blessed2BeStressed greeted students with delicious hot chocolate, coloring pages, soft music, and the scent of calming essential oils. It gave students an opportunity to spend time with friends and relieve themselves from any anxiety. HHCA’s THY held this mini event to showcase the importance of caring for our mental health by addressing stress. Teens for Healthy Youth plan to address stress throughout the year because they realize it can lead to substance use and abuse.

HHCA students participate in a stress free zone to relax after their exams.
