Teens for Healthy Youth (THY) at Bluffton High School educated the community during October Medicine Abuse Safety Awareness Month during Bluffton High School’s Trunk or Treat event. THY members passed out candy to kids and provided their parents with LCAHY’s Medicine Safety Fact Card. THY also gave kids coloring sheets that encourage kids to “Say Boo to Drugs” and pledge “Owl Never Do Drugs”. THY distributed over 100 fact cards during the event. THY plans to participate annually in Trunk or Treat at Bluffton High School.
