THY at May River High Make Friendship Bracelets During Random Acts of Kindness Week

Teens for Health Youth (THY) at May River High made over 200 friendship bracelets for their peers to promote kindness During Random Acts of Kindness Week. THY is aware that building a positive school climate discourages bullying and discourages teen substance use. THY is dedicated to promoting positive teen health year-round through leadership, community service, advocacy, and peer-to-peer education. THY is an initiative of the LowCountry Alliance Healthy Youth (LCAHY). Teens for Health Youth groups are active at Bluffton High, Cross Schools, Hilton Head Christian Academy, and May River High School.  Annually, THY promotes Random Acts of Kindness Week in their schools.

THY May River High promotes kindness by sharing friendship bracelets with their peers during Random Acts of Kindness Week.
