Teens for Healthy Youth Raise Funds Via Belk’s Charity Sale Fundraiser

Members of LowCountry Alliance for Healthy Youth’s Youth Coalition, Teens for Healthy Youth (THY), raised funds through Belk’s Charity Sale Fundraiser Event. THY members sold $5 Belk Charity Day coupons to community members. In exchange, customers received $5 off their purchases at Belk in Hilton Head Island, with numerous additional discounts on items across the store. THY members raised $100 selling tickets. This is the third time THY has raised funds through this local fundraising opportunity. LCAHY and THY plan to participate in the next Belk Charity Event. Taking advantage of local fundraising opportunities is part of LCAHY’s Sustainability Plan. To learn more about Belk’s Charity Day visit Charity Sale.
